How to build it. To build this report start with table view and in the Measures dimension select measures Issues created, Issues resolved, Average resolution days and Open issues. "Issues created" measure is the total number of created issues that match selected dimension members. The measure is grouped by issue creation date on Time dimension.
1 accepted. project =XYZ AND ( resolutiondate
Jira native does not have a complex JQL function to search the issues. There is a feature request tracked by our development team to implement the feature: JQL search for issues added and removed from a sprint; Suggestion. Option 1 To search for the issue, you can click on the "View in Issue navigator" link in the Sprint Report: Option 2
Some of our Jira projects have workflows where users can change to any status without having a transition. Basically all status have "all" as the transition path. Jira seems to default most status to "todo" (gray), some to "in-progress" (blue) and then Done has a (green color). Will Jira still date stamp items to Resolved with a Resolution date
The difference between both statuses depends very much on how you want to work with them. It could mean that "resolved" stands for something that has been fixed, and "closed" is a status where this fix has been approved. It would be a final state, so to speak.
1. If I put the canceled status in a mapped column, or the un-mapped, then the reports are fine (velocity, burn down, sprint report), but at the end of the sprint the issue will be transferred to the next sprint or back to backlog. 2. If I am removing the canceled issues from the sprint, then the burn down report doesn't count them as committed.
Document the steps followed to resolve the incident and submit knowledge base articles. Identify when an incident is a problem and convert the incident ticket to a problem ticket. If the incident is resolved, confirm the resolution with the end user. If the incident is unresolved, escalate it to the Tier 3 service desk.
Ok, here's what you need to do: 1) Create and save two filters, one for issues resolved yesterday, another for issues resolved since the beginning of the month until today. Use these JQLs respectively: resolved >= startOfDay (-1) and resolved = startOfMonth () and resolved
I have would like to export a report 'Created vs Resolved Issues' in jira and use it in Confluence. The issue here is that for some reason I am unable to close the ticket, so instead I use the label 'closed' to mark tickets as resolved. Can someone please help me with the query? Current query which gives the list of open tickets-.
2. publish the workflow, you can save a copy. 3. Go to issue navigator find all issues that are in status CLOSED and resolution is Unresolved. 4. In the top right corner, you will see Tools click on that bulk change. 5. Select all issues. 6. Choose transition issues -> choose Done fix.
I am trying to get a report of all incidents that where opened and closed on the same day. Is there any way to do this in standard Jira ( 7.5 or 8.0 )
