Adding to what @SteveH mentioned, it is very possible that it could be because the phone is not on the supported devices list. If the phone fulfills the minimum requirements there is a chance that it could sync, but we cannot guarantee it. The minimum requirements are Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0. It was really hot so I thought it may have overheated but no. I Can't turn it on, can't fast boot or boot into recovery. The red light is just constantly on with screen off.if I hold the power button or try a recovery boot the red light goes off then comes on again.
