Breezehome will still cost around 7500 with the furnishing, Tundra homestead is a flat 7500 fully furnished as is. Tundra Homestead is better, hands-down. Unfortunately, displayed items don’t carry over between homes. There’s even a mod that makes it near-perfect called “Tundra Homestead - Fast Travel + Fast Travel System” that adds a spell that warps you back home from anywhere, as well as activate-able items throughout the house that can take you to any major area/city you’ve previously visited.

The Tundra Homestead is a nice little house but its way to easy to bump into and knock things over. This mod works with Tundra Homestead Exterior Cleanup and probably any mod that doesn't effect the interior of the house.

I have the bedroom wing with 2 child's beds and a Tundra Homestead could be my favorite overall if it were placed somewhere much more out of the way, maybe closer to shimmermist cave. I just hate how it's just outside the city, that's not a "homestead" in my opinion. It's got to be more remote.
